Sulawesi Kehati Gala 2025

The Sulawesi Kehati Gala was a one-day public outreach event held at Vatulemo Field, Palu City, closing PROGRES’ 2025 programme. The event introduced visitors to Sulawesi’s biodiversity, with a focus on lesser-known endemic species such as Bantiluku, Poniki, and Rono Poso.

Through murals, interactive games, and hands-on creative activities, the programme made conservation learning accessible to audiences of all ages. Volunteers from the Palu City Student Council Forum supported the event.

I designed and painted 4 of the 5 murals, focusing on uncharismatic endemic wildlife in Sulawesi and PROGRES’ conservation projects. Species featured included Rono fishes, flying foxes, terrestrial forest turtles, and a wider assemblage of native flora and fauna in the main mural.
